About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Specialist Wax Therapist who takes pride in providing high-quality, hygienic, and comfortable waxing treatments. You'll be working in a friendly environment with a strong focus on customer care and attention to detail.

You will also be responsible for performing a range of standard beauty treatments, with a particular focus on facial treatments, and are expected to develop your knowledge and expertise in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional waxing services (including intimate waxing) with precision and care for all genders Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism & client care at all times Educate clients on aftercare and recommend suitable products Provide a welcoming, comfortable experience for every client & build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to a positive, team-oriented salon culture

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in waxing, including intimate waxing (preferred) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Excellent knowledge of hair removal techniques and skin types Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, reliable, and confident in your expertise
