Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, hard working and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide excellent waxing services to clients whilst making them feel comfortable and at ease. Full training in intimate waxing will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual waxing sessions with clients.
- Provide guidance and information to clients about the best aftercare.
- Retail products so clients can folow aftercare instructiuons at home.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Actively participate in team meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Therapist
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive environment
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach towards clients
- Good time keeping
- Well presented
