We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrator
to join our friendly team and provide maternity cover for one of our valued colleagues. You will play a key role in supporting our advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth running of our office and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day client queries and requests in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update the CRM system accurately and efficiently
Book and manage client meetings for advisers and paraplanners
Prepare and process documentation for client meetings and ongoing servicing
Support with marketing activities and client events
Liaise with St. James's Place to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met
Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
Experience in a financial services or wealth management environment is highly desirable
Previous St. James's Place administration experience is preferred
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a small, collaborative team

We offer:
A performance bonus scheme
A hybrid approach to working (split between home and office)
A competitive salary of 24,000 - 28,000, depending on experience
Full-time hours: 40 hours per week
Start date:
We are looking for someone to start in October 2025 to allow for a smooth handover before maternity leave begins on 1st November 2025.
Contract length:
Approximately 10 months, with potential for extension depending on circumstances.
