Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to drive operational excellence and project efficiency for our UK Multi-Family Office. You will act as the central point of accountability, ensuring seamless collaboration among internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:





Act as the primary coordinator and accountability lead for all operational initiatives relating to the UK MFO business. Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects progress efficiently and on schedule. Coordinate closely with internal functions, including Legal, Finance, and Technology teams. Facilitate communication and manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as custodian banks and service providers. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:





Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in wealth management, project management, operations coordination, or similar roles within banking, consulting, or fintech. Strong organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
