Job Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Assistant to join our team.
The role will primarily be to upload products to our website and oversee e-commerce activity. This role is key in ensuring that our product content is accurate, up-to-date, visually appealing and aligned with our brand standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of organisational skills, a basic understanding of e-commerce processes and technical knowledge, enabling them to contribute effectively to the smooth running of our online operations.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential - training will be provided
Responsibilities
Upload new products to the website accurately and efficiently
Monitor product availability and ensure stock levels and prices are kept up to date.
Liaise with other departments and colleagues to manage inventory.
Update product descriptions, images, and pricing as needed.
Identify and resolve any issues related to online listings.
Support management and colleagues with other administrative and content-related tasks as required
Occasionally answer calls on our reception when cover is required
Skills
Good general IT knowledge - training of our systems will be provided
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and time management skills
