We have an exciting opportunity for a Website Content Executive to join our team based in Suffolk. The role will be a full-time, permanent position.

Unity Online provides digital marketing solutions to small and medium sized businesses. Our team of experts specialise in crafting websites that not only look great but deliver real commercial impact. From planning and content creation through to design, development and launch, we work directly with clients to deliver websites that exceed expectations.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Website Content Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the full delivery of website projects, ensuring that content, structure and on-site assets are accurate, high-quality and aligned with client objectives. You will work closely with project managers, designers, developers and clients to ensure websites are populated, reviewed and prepared for launch to the highest standard.Please note that we are flexible regarding experience and will consider applicants at all levels who demonstrate strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in digital.

Key Responsibilities:

Populate websites with content, imagery and on-site assets in line with project requirements Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project updates Support the coordination and tracking of project timelines Assist in preparing technical specifications where needed Help manage internal resources and workloads across the team Identify potential issues during population or testing and flag them to senior team members with suggested solutions Contribute to quality control, reviewing designs, content and development tasks before client handover Continuously support improvements in the delivery process and overall user experience

Qualifications:

Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail A genuine interest in websites, content structure and digital best practice Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once An understanding of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) is helpful but training will be provided Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving
