to help shape and grow our online presence.

We're an independent bike shop based in Tadcaster with a strong reputation for customer service, expert advice, and a specialist range that includes everything from high-end road bikes to family cargo solutions. As we continue to grow our e-commerce business, we need someone who can make our websites work harder, smarter, and better.

Responsibilities



Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce websites Create engaging content across our 3 websites - from product descriptions, landing pages and buying guides Optimise content for user experience Work with our marketing and sales team to support campaigns and promotions Use analytics to track performance and inform improvements Ensure our tone of voice stays consistent, clear, and on-brand Optimise website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Create engaging content across various formats including written articles, graphics, videos, and photography. Oversee social media marketing efforts to promote website content and engage with audiences. Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance and user behaviour, making data-driven decisions for improvements. Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. Conduct regular audits of the website's content management systems to ensure accuracy and relevance. Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, and web design to keep our websites ahead of the competition.

Experience



Proven experience in web management or a similar role with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for basic web editing tasks. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and experience in managing digital content. Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software. Experience in copywriting with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for effective audience engagement. Experience in B2C marketing is an advantage but not essential. A background in video editing or photography is desirable. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have the skills necessary to drive our online presence forward.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,500.00-30,000.00 per year
