Website Design & Development:
Design, maintain, and update company websites across multiple brands.
Improve performance, layout, responsiveness, and user experience.
Write and update SEO-optimised content, blogs, and landing pages.
Use AI tools and analytics to enhance page ranking and search visibility.
Troubleshoot bugs, perform routine site audits, and apply fixes.
Digital Marketing Integration:
Align website design with social media strategies to boost traffic and conversions.
Upload media assets and support content scheduling.
Work with branding and marketing teams to ensure consistency.
Office Assistance:
Assist in daily admin tasks such as invoicing, managing payments, and basic correspondence.
Help with file management, data entry, and office logistics.
Support team members with miscellaneous operational needs.
Requirements:
Experience in web design and basic development (HTML, CSS, WordPress, etc.).
Working knowledge of SEO principles and website performance tools (Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights).
Familiarity with website builders and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a small team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of web design software (Adobe XD, Figma).
Basic understanding of JavaScript or back-end technologies.
Experience using AI tools for web optimisation.
Prior experience in managing or launching websites or portfolios.
