Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Web Designer / Digital Designer / Digital Creative to join our expanding Marketing team.

Essential Candidate Requirements:



5+ years experience working on web/digital design. Proven creative design for the web. An excellent understanding of Adobe CS: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Acrobat. Knowledge and experience of word press, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript - particularly the design and build of websites, landing pages and HTML emails. Ability to pick up new coding skills for bespoke web design. The ability to Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. The ability to work well under pressure, adhere to tight deadlines and work well within a team. A passion for the latest web technologies, enhancing creative concepts to give designs impact.

Key Responsibilities:



Website management and content

Planning, migration, and optimization of content in 17 languages, including international workflows and approval processes Coordination with agencies and internal stakeholders to define requirements and implement them Conception & visualization of UI/UX changes in Figma as a basis for developer briefings
E-commerce website development

Conception and implementation of layout architectures, taking front-end and back-end structures into account Development of modular email templates and automated user flows (segment-, language- & role-based)
Cross functional tasks

Central contact person for web and content change requests, including technical evaluation and coordination with IT/agencies Building and maintaining a knowledge base and developing Q&A systems (test plans, documentation, process automation) Contributing to SEO & online marketing measures through technical and structural optimization

Role Specifics:



Location: Office Based - Poole.

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 dependent on experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30. Friday 08:30 to 16:00 (total of 40 hours per week).

Holiday: 20 days pro-rata plus the Christmas Shutdown period and UK Bank Holidays.
