We're a growing digital marketing agency working principally with small to medium healthcare clinics. We pride ourselves on great relationships with clients, high-quality work, and being adaptable, smart, and easy to work with. We work out of a fantastic coworking space in Greenwich Peninsula near the O2 - with cafes, food spots, an art gallery, and river views right on our doorstep. There are regular social events, a great community, and plenty of space to relax and work creatively.
The Role
We're looking for a
talented Web Designer
with strong HTML, CSS, and WordPress skills to join our team full time. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and building websites and landing pages for a range of clients. We move fast - so you'll need to be both efficient and high-quality in your work. You will be the
first full-time hire
, working alongside the company founder and working closely with our remote freelance team.
This is a
growth role
- we're looking for someone who wants to develop quickly into a broader digital marketing and account management position. Over time, you'll take on responsibility for client strategy, project management, reporting, and managing delivery across the team.
The role is highly dynamic and varied.
While web design and development are central, you'll also work across a full range of digital marketing channels -- including managing Google Ads, executing on-page and off-page SEO, running paid and organic social media campaigns, and supporting organic outreach for clients. Experience in these areas is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your willingness to take on new challenges, learn quickly, and grow into a confident, multi-channel marketing expert and trusted account manager.
You won't be expected to know everything from day one.

Key Responsibilities (Initial)
Design and build websites and landing pages using a variety of platforms including WordPress (Elementor, DIVI, Bakery, etc.), Wix, Squarespace and others.
Work with HTML and CSS to customise and optimise pages
Ensure quality and speed of delivery
Liaise internally to manage projects and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities (In 6-12 Months)
Manage client accounts as the main point of contact
Book in and coordinate work for yourself and our freelance team
Run monthly strategy and catch-up calls with clients
Write performance and strategy reports
Run digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and social media
Help shape and drive marketing strategy for clients and the agency itself
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
Strong web design skills
Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience with WordPress (and ideally other platforms too)
Ability to work under deadlines and balance competing priorities
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, self-driven attitude
Advantageous (training will be provided):
On-page and off-page SEO, SEMRush, Brightlocal
Google Ads (PPC campaign management)
JS, PHP and WordPress coding
GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking
Copywriting and report writing
Organic and paid social media
Client account management experience
Graphic design, Canva, Photoshop
