We have an exciting vacancy for a

Web Designer

to join our thriving team. We are a fast-growing web design company located in Lancing, near Worthing.

We are seeking a

confident and creative Web Designer

with excellent customer service skills and a passion for designing beautiful, user-friendly websites.

This role involves direct client communication, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable and professional on the phone, able to listen to client needs, explain ideas clearly, and build strong working relationships.

We offer a supportive environment with opportunities to develop your skills through design workshops, mentoring, and regular progress reviews.

Office based - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Starting salary is based on experience.

Role Responsibilities

Designing bespoke WordPress websites Updating and refining website layouts and content Speaking with clients regularly via phone and email to understand requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback Ensuring all designs are responsive and meet accessibility standards

Ideal Candidate:

Confident communicator with proven customer service experience - particularly over the phone Comfortable speaking with clients and able to explain design concepts clearly Previous experience designing for WordPress (preferred but not essential) A creative mindset with strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and well-organised Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A team player who's proactive and eager to learn

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
