Technology Online Group is a B2B digital marketing firm. We work with tech companies to assess and develop their strategies, identify key activities for growth, and deliver integrated campaigns that build their brand, improve demand capture, and conversion.

We are on the lookout for a skilled Web Developer to join our team. The individual will report to our Lead Web Developer and work closely with our project and design teams.

Responsibilities:



Build custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to client needs. Convert designs into responsive, accessible WordPress websites. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. Manage all technical aspects of the CMS, including updates, backups, and security. Troubleshoot bugs and resolve compatibility issues across browsers and devices. Ensure best practices in UX, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design. Assist with website migrations, hosting setup, and domain management as needed. Provide technical support and training to clients and internal team members. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging WordPress tools and technologies.

Required Skills:



3+ years of experience developing WordPress websites in an agency or in-house setting. Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery. Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), custom post types, and theme development. Familiarity with page builders and when not to use them. Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
