We have a fantastic opportunity for a Web Optimisation Executive to join our family of talented people in the Sales Optimisation team. As a Web Optimisation Executive, you will be working across Multiple pet brands, including market-leader Petplan. This is an important digital role focused on both online buying journeys including Quote and Buy and landing pages. Your primary role is to deliver our optimisation plan to improve conversion of prospect traffic.



The role is located in Ditton Park.



As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa 34k Per Year



Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You

Execute the optimisation roadmap to increase conversion of pet and equine online prospects in line with sales targets. Use Adobe Test & Target platform to deliver test and learn activity and quantify impact. Collaborate with internal teams such as Technical and Regulatory Standards to ensure impact of any changes are well considered. Work closely with the Web Analyst to gather insight from the analytics toolkit (GA, Content Square) allowing optimisation based on data driven insight. Support and manage web chat journey and sales by reviewing insights, developing chat bot messaging and working closely with the Sales Team. Support the delivery of web changes by working with the web agency and internal teams (IT, UAT, Product Owners) to ensure they go live defect free. Act as digital expert to support the wider Marketing team to ensure effective delivery of other online projects.

Essential Skills

Extensive digital marketing background with experience in delivering successful online optimisation programmes Experience of deploying AB/multivariate testing in an Ecommerce environment. Experience using Adobe Target and Contentsquare or similar analytics platforms Excellent external outlook and a passion for digital with experience of working with external agencies Good working knowledge of web analytics (Adobe/Google Analytics) Stakeholder management experience with excellent communication skills and collaborative approach We support the government scheme "Access to Work" please feel free to ask us about the access to work scheme.

Desirable Skills

Experience in a Financial Service environment with insurance experience is desirable but not essential Experience using Generative AI tools such as onsite Webchat / Chat Bot systems and journey is desirable but not essential
