Pre-Cruise Optimisation Executive

Role Description:

Reporting to the UX/UI & Digital Design Manager, the Optimisation Executive supports in delivering the CRO, personalisation & UX roadmap for Pre-Cruise. Working closely with our Senior Executives, CRO, you will co-ordinate and support A/B and Personalisation tests, alongside campaign enhancements, across the pre-cruise digital estate.
You are responsible for supporting the day-to-day co-ordination of our CRO and testing agency. You will work with the UX and digital team to ensure that brand standards are maintained.
You will constantly aim to support the team through regular CRO and UX audits. In addition, supporting our on-site survey user feedback to measure NPS and future UX/UI test candidates to feedback to the team.
Accountabilities:
Utilise optimisation tools to run conversion driving activity, contributing to digital delivery targets.
Collaborate with the senior execs, taking pre-cruise AB tests and personalisation ideas to brief into the CRO agency - ensuring all AB tests are built to brief and capture all style requirements before deploying.
Support reporting of pre-cruise AB test results with the senior execs.
Ensure that all website activity is customer-focused and adheres to usability best practice.
Support the review and feedback on new feature designs as proposed by the Product Teams across all platforms.
Support the wider team to deliver campaigns to tight deadlines and ensure website activity is aligned with other parts of the business wherever possible.
Support pre-cruise by auditing user journeys and conversion paths.

This role is positioned at CUK Level 10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 6 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
