About the Role?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Web Store Executive (Casual) to support the day-to-day running of Birmingham City Football Club's official online store. Working under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager, this casual role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital retail and eCommerce, with flexible working hours to support product launches, promotions, and matchday activity.?

You'll play a key part in ensuring our web store is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of the Club's values and commercial goals.?

Key Responsibilities?

Upload products, imagery, and descriptions to the online store in line with launch timelines Support product categorisation and visual merchandising on the website. Monitor online stock availability and flag issues to the wider Retail team. ?Assist with homepage and promotional updates during launches, campaigns and matchdays ?Help ensure a seamless customer journey through accurate site content and functionality checks ?Liaise with the Retail and Customer Service teams to support online customer satisfaction Contribute to the testing of site changes and new digital features when required.? Provide ad-hoc support for reporting and content updates as directed by the E-commerce Manager.?

What Are We Looking For in you??

Experience in eCommerce, retail, or digital platforms. Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills Comfortable working with web systems, content upload tools, and spreadsheets Flexible availability, including matchdays, evenings, and weekends when required ?A proactive attitude and willingness to support a fast-paced team environment.? Basic understanding of online customer experience principles.?

Desirable:?

Experience with Jonas Sports, Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms Experience in sports retail or online merchandise environments? Basic image editing or website CMS skills?
