We are looking to recruit an experienced Website Administrator / Content Coordinator who will be responsible for updating and maintaining Intersurgical websites content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal user experience.



This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Marketing Department.



This role involves working with various internal stakeholders to implement the correct content, ensure all websites are aligned with the latest product and promotional information and review websites to guide future activity.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:



Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and sales teams globally, to ensure website content is up-to-date including text, images and multimedia using a Content Management System (CMS) Ensure web content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with company and product changes Co-ordinate with subsidiary markets to update their local websites in line with the Intersurgical corporate site Support marketing campaigns by integrating promotional content on the website Assist with landing page creation and developing translated landing pages for subsidiary markets Optimise web pages through SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation and metadata management for all websites Monitor, analyse and report on website usage and traffic performance using Google Analytics to provide recommendations for website improvements Monitor website actions and record changes Monitor competitor websites for new technologies, trends, and innovations

Essential/ Experience/Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent level qualification) Familiarity with content management systems and google analytics Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organised to track website developments

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:



Proven experience in website management and development Understanding of SEO principles and best practices

Literate - Microsoft Office Methodical, organised and structured approach to work Excellent attention to detail Able to gather, evaluate, critically interpret and communicate information Strong analytical and problem solving skills High level of commitment

Hours of Work:



40 hours per week Full time office based
