Aico, Mercur, and AARO are leaders in Intelligent Finance Automation, Consolidation, and Performance Management, empowering finance teams with cutting-edge solutions for financial close, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, and budgeting. As we expand across key markets, we are looking for a talented Website Development & SEO Specialist to own and optimise our digital presence across all three brands.

Role Summary




The Website Development & SEO Specialist will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the websites for Aico, Mercur, and AARO to drive traffic, improve engagement, and generate qualified leads. This role requires a balance of technical website development skills, SEO expertise, and digital analytics know-how.

Key Responsibilities




1. Website Development & Management

Maintain and enhance company websites for Aico, Mercur, and AARO, ensuring they are visually engaging, mobile-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Implement UX/UI best practices to improve user experience and conversion rates. Manage website CMS (HubSpot, WordPress) including plugin updates, theme customisations, and security patches. Collaborate with marketing teams to publish content, landing pages, and campaign microsites.


2. SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility. Conduct keyword research and optimise website copy, metadata, and internal linking. Monitor and improve site speed, crawlability, and indexing. Manage backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns.


3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Provide monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and conversion performance with actionable recommendations. Continuously test and optimise landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; WordPress or similar CMS). Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithms, including technical SEO. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar). Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. Ability to troubleshoot website and SEO performance issues. Strong copywriting skills for SEO optimisation. Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple brand websites simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sector. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot). Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) techniques. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
