Position Overview:

We're looking for a passionate, creative and effective SEO Specialist to join our amazing team.

You'll help develop and implement tailored SEO strategies that help our clients achieve their objectives, whilst mentoring and supporting our talented SEO team. Reporting to the Head of SEO, you'll also collaborate closely with other departments, including Paid, Content, Social Media, Analytics and Senior Management.

What You'll Do:

?

Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive measurable results, including undertaking on-page optimisation, keyword research, developing site structures, mapping 301 redirects, undertaking internal linking projects, reviewing ranking changes, analysing changing search intent, and undertaking other technical optimisations.

? Learn to undertake site crawls, gap analyses, technical audits, and competitor research

? Help oversee website migrations and ensure SEO best practices are followed

? Identify and execute link-building opportunities and outreach campaigns

? Help communicate SEO strategies effectively to clients and prospects

? Actively participate in client strategy meetings and feedback sessions

? Mentor, develop and motivate the SEO team alongside the Head of SEO

? Provide internal training to upskill the team in SEO best practices

? Prepare accurate, timely client reports and presentations

? Contribute fresh ideas and innovative strategies based on industry updates in a proactive manner to advance our search marketing

? Accurately complete timesheets and embrace software tools to deliver high-quality work

? Adapt to other tasks as needed to support the agency's growth

What You'll Bring:

?

Minimum 1 years' experience in an SEO role with demonstrable results

? Passion for SEO and digital marketing, combined with an inquisitive nature and hunger for developing their understanding, whilst achieving great results

? Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO implementation

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

? Experience in client relationship management and customer service

? Ability to mentor and train team members

? Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise

? Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

? Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets)

? Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a can-do approach

? Familiarity with all social media platform

? Commercial understanding and focus on delivering ROI for clients
