We're looking for a results-driven

Website Manager

to lead the strategy, performance, and continuous optimisation of the Animal Friends website -- ensuring it delivers exceptional user experiences, strong organic traffic, and measurable business outcomes.

What you`ll do




To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll:

Lead website strategy and day-to-day management to align with business goals Optimise content and structure for SEO in collaboration with comms and external agencies Drive UX/UI improvements for a seamless and mobile-friendly user experience Manage SEO performance, backlinks, keyword targeting, and technical health Oversee analytics tools (GA4), reporting on traffic, engagement, and conversion insights Collaborate with internal teams to ensure functionality, integration, and data accuracy Conduct A/B testing to optimise site performance and conversion rates Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and industry standards

This role is ideal for a proactive digital specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can turn insights into impactful web and SEO strategies.

Who you are



Proven experience in website and SEO management, ideally in a regulated industry Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms Expertise in SEO auditing, optimisation, and performance improvement Familiarity with LLM/AI tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing software Confident in managing website compliance, security, and data protocols Excellent communication and project management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver seamless user experiences Able to easily work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection
