We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Website & Marketing Administrator
to join our small, dedicated team. This is a
mixed role
, encompassing both
administrative responsibilities
and
marketing support
. A significant focus of the position is on the administration and management of website content, alongside supporting wider marketing initiatives.
This person must have experiance or knowledge in Sewing / Quilting / Dressmaking / Crafting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage
weekly email mailings
.
Maintain and update
social media platforms
.
Collaborate with the
sales team and warehouse
to support promotional activities.
Undertake
website administration tasks
, including:
Uploading new product lines to the website and internal systems.
Updating product pricing and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Support
general marketing activities
as required.
Handle
incoming telephone calls
in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong proficiency in
Excel
and spreadsheet management.
Exceptional
attention to detail
and accuracy.
Ability to take on a
variety of tasks
and work flexibly as part of a small team.
Comfortable working in a
collaborative environment
and managing multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge or interest in
sewing and crafting
.
Experience using
Sage
.
Familiarity with
Canva
or similar design tools for marketing content creation.
