Join us as Web Product Manager (WPM) - this position plays a vital role in managing the company's public-facing websites. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and end-users, the WPM drives strategy, prioritises the roadmap and ensures effective execution.
This role requires close collaboration with developers, MarTech, marketing, legal, compliance and data privacy teams. The WPM gathers stakeholder input, communicates priorities, and works closely with other Web Product Owners across the Bank to align and influence digital strategy.
The WPM owns the feature backlog and development runway, prioritising high-impact work and supporting issue resolution. They apply insights from research, analytics and A/B testing to improve UX and drive engagement.
Operationally the WPM manages content updates (using Adobe Experience Manager), monitors performance metrics, drives ongoing improvements, and oversees budgets for development, hosting, and third-party tools.
The role is responsible for guaranteeing website adherence to all applicable regulations e.g. PECR, GDPR, WCAG, EAA, CCPA, consumer duty, etc. and internal governance and accessibility standards, and conducting annual audits.
