Implement strategies to increase web traffic and conversion rates.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Create or commission content tailored to each platform and brand tone.
Engage with our audience, build community, and grow follower bases.
Digital Advertising & Campaigns
Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns (social ads, CPC, display) to drive leads and brand exposure.
Track and report performance to improve ROI.
CRM Oversight
Manage the CRM system to support lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing.
Ensure forms, website integrations, and workflows are streamlined and efficient.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor web and social analytics, draw actionable insights, and refine strategy accordingly.
Report on KPIs including engagement, traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align digital efforts with wider business goals.
Contribute to campaign planning and product promotion strategies.
Keep Up with Digital Trends
Stay informed on platform updates, industry best practices, and competitor activity.
Suggest new tools and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
Expert-level experience with WordPress
--you'll need to show examples of websites you've built, managed, or optimised.
Solid background in managing and growing brand social media accounts.
Strong understanding of SEO, user experience, and digital conversion strategies.
Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and campaign performance tracking.
Experience using CRM systems and integrating them with websites and marketing funnels.
Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for brand tone and consistency.
Comfortable working across multiple brands and juggling varied priorities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or other design tools.
