The Wool Tower is a family ran well established weddings and events venue in County Antrim. Due to increased weddings we are expanding and now require an additional part time wedding coordinator. This role requires the successful candidate to have excellent customer service skills and be able to build a great relationship with every couple and client.

Strong organisational skills are required and good interpersonal and administration skills are essential for the role.

The role will require sales and senior team management experience and will take customers from their initial meeting through planning and running their big day.

Responsibilities:

Listen to couples' wishes and develop a wedding plan that matches their needs, personality, and budget.. Coordinate vendors for the various wedding events. Perform administrative tasks such as wedding timeline and maintaining a calendar of upcoming weddings. Managing a team of floor staff throughout a wedding day Problem solving any last minute issues that may arise
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
