We are seeking a Wedding and Event Coordinator at Lochside House Hotel. You will be tasked with converting Wedding and Event enquiries into bookings, the running of a wedding operationally on the day and the professional administration in the department.
As

you will ideally be confident in service delivery, have strong administration skills and the ability to sell. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess an engaging manner, with the ability to implement company standards.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan weddings and events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients and customers, addressing any queries or concerns
Conduct show rounds, ensuring the venue is set correctly, listening to customer needs and requirements
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain organisation throughout the planning process.
Collaborate with vendors and venues to ensure seamless execution of events
Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members efficiently.
What you'll need:

Previous experience in either hospitality, wedding and events or sales (desirable)
A Driving Licence will be essential due to the occasional travel associated with the role
Flexible and able to work weekends as the role involves significant weekend working
