Your Role

You'll step in after the couple has booked and become their go-to guide, helping them plan their day down to the last canape. You'll liaise with venues, support final decisions, lead calls, and coordinate the catering side of things so it all runs like a dream. You'll also be there on the day to make sure the vision comes to life - and maybe even sneak the couple a cocktail before dinner.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning & Prep

Take over the couple's journey after the sales handover Lead their

final details call

and issue their updated proposal Run a

2-week-out catch-up call

for last-minute tweaks and reconfirmation Build timelines, prep kitchen briefs and manage logistics Liaise with venues, planners, and suppliers to keep things seamless

Communication

Be the couple's main point of contact throughout their planning Offer support, ideas, and a calm, reassuring presence Ensure all dietary requirements, menu choices, and guest numbers are clear and confirmed Keep our kitchen, ops, and front-of-house teams in the loop

On-the-Day Coordination

Oversee the event from set-up to final toast Manage the catering team and service timings Troubleshoot with a smile and make it all look effortless

Gather feedback Debrief internally Help us continuously improve the experience we offer

Who You Are

A natural planner who thrives on structure and people
Cool-headed under pressure, with a knack for spinning plates (sometimes literally)
Confident speaking with couples, venues, and chefs alike
Experienced in weddings, hospitality or events - or just scarily good at logistics
Able to work weekends (we'll give you the weekdays off for Netflix & snacks)

Pay: 31,590.00 per year
