We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our team as an On-the-Day Wedding Venue Manager. This role is focused on managing the smooth running of weddings and events at our venue, with responsibilities split between overseeing the bar and catering service.

Saturdays throughout the year
and will typically be
12 hours in duration

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for the wedding couple, guests, and staff on the day of the event.
Oversee set-up and service for both catering and bar operations.
Lead and coordinate catering and bar staff to ensure high standards of service.
Manage timings and event flow in line with the couple's schedule.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
Oversee close-down procedures at the end of the event.
About You
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Confidence in leading and motivating a team.
Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar management (weddings/events experience an advantage).
Calm under pressure and solution-focused.
Flexible and happy to work long shifts on event days.
