Sales Executive
to help us grow and convert more dream weddings into reality.
The Role
As
Wedding & Events Sales Executive (Reporting to the Head of Events)
your primary focus will be to
drive new wedding bookings
through outstanding customer care, proactive follow-up, and excellent sales skills. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a vital role in showcasing the magic of Copdock Hall.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all wedding and event enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Scheduling and conducting tours - minimum of two evenings per week and most weekends
Maintaining and managing the sales database (CRM) - tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Following up all leads and nurturing prospects to secure bookings
Supporting sales reporting, admin tasks, and updates to marketing platforms
Representing Copdock Hall with professionalism and warmth at all times
Preparing to transition into the Event Manager role with training and support provided over 12 months
About You
You're a confident, people-focused individual with a love for weddings and events, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
You'll Need:
Experience in
sales, events, or hospitality
(wedding sales preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Availability for
evenings and weekends
, when clients need you most
A natural flair for sales and relationship building
Ambition to grow and develop into an Event Manager role
