We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented
Wedding & Event Planner
to join our dynamic team. With three unique event spaces capable of hosting up to 500 guests, our venue caters to a wide variety of occasions, from elegant weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate functions, awards dinners, private parties, and high-profile in-house events featuring celebrity guests.
As a key member of our events team, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering unforgettable experiences. The ideal candidate is a natural organiser with a strong background in hospitality or event management, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for curating seamless, one-of-a-kind events.
Your ability to manage logistics while bringing creative visions to life will ensure that every event reflects our clients' unique style and runs flawlessly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, creating personalised and memorable weddings or events.
Develop and manage comprehensive planning timelines and checklists to ensure every detail is executed on time.
Research, recommend, and liaise with trusted suppliers that reflect the client's style and budget requirements.
Coordinate all event logistics, including catering, decor, transportation, entertainment, and on-the-day execution.
Deliver outstanding guest service throughout the event, addressing any last-minute changes or issues with professionalism and calm.
Maintain open, consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure they feel informed, involved, and confident.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience
in wedding and event planning, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
A genuine
passion for sales
and achieving ambitious targets.
Strong organisational skills
, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management
, ensuring all events are delivered on schedule and to the highest standard.
Outstanding communication skills
, both written and verbal, for effective liaison with clients, suppliers, and guests.
Excellent IT proficiency
; experience with the Guestline PMS system is a bonus but not essential.
A proactive approach to
networking
and developing new client relationships.
