We're looking for an experienced wedding co-ordinator to join the Bashall family and become a key part of our wedding team -- leading our weddings and private events, supporting growth through effective sales, and consistently delivering to the highest standard.
Working closely with Simon and our close-knit team, you'll help deliver seamless, memorable experiences for every couple.
This is a role for a passionate, driven and experienced hands-on person who enjoys responsibility, brings creativity to their work, and is excited to be a part of the future of a growing business.

Responsibilities
Lead welcoming and informative showrounds
Responsive communications at all times
Head up the team on wedding days, liaising with the couple and family as well as the in-house team.
Ensure professional organisation and presentation of our indoor and outdoor wedding and function spaces
Support Simon and the team with sales and marketing activities
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers
Confidently run our Open days
Take a pro-active approach to workload and meeting deadlines
Guide clients through a smooth and positive sales process
The ability to build strong relationships quickly
What we are looking for
Motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
Comfortable using excel and crm software
Organised and calm under pressure, always pro-active with strong multitasking skills
Customer and solution focussed communicator with a passion for great service
A team player who supports and empowers those they work with
