Excitingly, UNV is recruiting for a Wedding Planning Executive! We are looking for a friendly and confident person to deliver great customer service during the planning element of a couple's journey, and to then to deliver an exceptional wedding day.



Venues covered: Oxnead Hall (NR10 5HP) , Shotesham Park (NR15 1UX), Reymerston Hall (NR9 4QY) and Branches Park (CB8 9HN)

The Role



Conduct regular planning meetings with clients, guiding them through the planning process and providing detailed venue information. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all venues and wedding packages to confidently advise clients. Have a strong understanding of wedding day logistics, offering clear, practical guidance throughout the planning journey. Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via the shared inbox. Prepare and complete event ordering documentation. Liaise effectively with a wide range of suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery. Create, update and manage client quotes and contracts as required. Use our online planning portal to gather and update client information, including timelines, wedding breakfast selections and drinks choices. Conduct viewings for prospective clients, presenting each venue with professionalism, attention to detail and pride. Coordinate wedding and event days to deliver a seamless experience, acting as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams. Represent assigned venues and take ownership of communication with venue site teams. Attend and support tasting events as required.

Customer service experience Hospitality experience Administrative experience Experience working on or planning events is desirable Experience delivering a luxury service is desirable Great listening and communication skills Great attention to detail Leadership qualities Problem solving skills and taking initiative Excellent organisational skills Ability to be flexible and adapt to fast changing challenges and situations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
