Wedding & Events Executive
Job Description
Pittodrie House Hotel are currently hiring for a Wedding & Events Executive to join the team.
Our Hotel is situated just outside Inverurie, Aberdeenshire with 27 bedrooms and a selection of functions, events and restaurant bookings.
As Wedding & Events executive a selection of tasks include:
Booking in and conducting hotel showrounds for prospective brides and grooms
Following up with an accurate proposal, answering any questions guests may have
Assisting with the co-ordination of in house wedding and events, scheduling appointments as required and ensuring the wedding timeline is adhered to
Hand over weddings through weekly operations meetings with front of house and kitchen
Attendance on the wedding day to ensure all details are correct
Creating and maintaining all hotel bookings for weddings, conferences and events including room bookings where applicable
