Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Breakfast Supervisor to oversee the morning service operations at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary and kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising breakfast service, managing food preparation, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards, all while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests.

Duties



Lead and supervise the breakfast team, ensuring smooth daily operations from food preparation to service. Oversee food production, ensuring high-quality breakfast offerings are prepared efficiently and presented attractively. Manage kitchen activities including cooking, food safety compliance, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to ensure all ingredients are available for breakfast service. Train and mentor staff in food preparation, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices. Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly to uphold excellent customer satisfaction. Enforce health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in menu planning and introduce new breakfast items to enhance guest experience. Ensure all staff adhere to food safety standards and organisational policies.

Experience



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment, ideally with team management responsibilities. Extensive culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols. Background in restaurant or hotel service, with knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes. Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team under pressure. Familiarity with health regulations related to food safety and hygiene standards. Previous experience in managing breakfast or morning service operations is highly desirable. Pay: From 12.71 per hour
