Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

Serve beverages and food items to guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Prepare and mix drinks according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation and ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests to enhance their experience through upselling techniques and recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Skills

Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality. Experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential. Basic culinary knowledge, including food safety practices. Ability to perform basic maths for handling cash transactions effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members. A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From 8.00 per hour
