Weekend Barista & Cafe All-Rounder Wanted

Kynd Cafe is an upscale, health-conscious, community-focused cafe located in Sydenham. We pride ourselves on serving top-tier food and coffee that not only looks great but tastes even better. What we're looking for:

Experience required

- Previous barista experience is essential, and we are particularly keen on applicants with exceptional latte art skills.

Customer service excellence

- A confident communicator with a flair for making customers feel at home. We're looking for someone who isn't soft-spoken and can engage with people easily.

Big personality

- This is a customer-facing role, so we want someone with energy and a positive attitude to match the vibe of our cafe!

Flexibility

- The weekly hours range from 10:00-18:00 or 13:00-21:00. Your shift schedule will vary, and we mainly need support on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays, with optional Fridays).
What you'll be doing:

Making and serving excellent coffee with beautiful latte art. Engaging with customers, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Ensuring smooth cafe operations, including food preparation and stock management. Supporting the team to keep the cafe clean, organised, and running efficiently.
