Job Summary:

The Green Hotel is seeking a motivated and dependable Weekend Breakfast Supervisor to lead our breakfast service during weekend mornings. You will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and support the breakfast team in maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality with a background in front-of-house or supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise weekend breakfast service to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Lead, support, and motivate the breakfast team throughout the shift Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet brand standards and hygiene requirements Welcome guests warmly, handle feedback, and resolve service issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and replenishment of breakfast items Monitor cleanliness and overall presentation of the dining area Assist in training new staff and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies Maintain adequate stock levels for breakfast items and report restocking needs Complete shift reports and ensure effective handovers Uphold company policies and service standards at all times

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role, ideally within a breakfast or hospitality setting Strong leadership and communication skills A guest-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently Dependable, flexible, and available on weekends Basic food hygiene certification (preferred) Barista or coffee service experience (an advantage)

Working Hours:

Saturdays and Sundays, with the option to support weekday operations where needed Typical shift: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (subject to business needs)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
