EXPERIENCED Weekend Call Order Chef required to join our award winning team. Main duties would include preparing and serving bistro style food in a busy seaside pub / restaurant, ordering and maintaining stock records, strict adherence to health, safety and cleanliness routines. Approx 24 hours per week. Saturdays shift to cover preparation, lunch & evening service & clean down. Sundays to cover preparation, lunch service & clean down. Opportunities for extra shifts / overtime. Must have a flexible & enthusiastic attitude & at least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar environment.
