Job Title: Cashier/Server - Immediate Start

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Cashier/Servers. In this role, you will be the face of The Secret Garden, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Take customer orders efficiently and accurately. Operate the till and handle transactions with precision. Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the serving counter and dining area. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed. Provide information about ingredients and special menu items. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Candidate must be +18 to comply with sale of alcohol beverages Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic maths skills for handling transactions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be available to work weekends and holidays regularly.
