Duties
Oversee food production processes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes while also contributing innovative ideas to the menu.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
