Job Summary



We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic

Weekend Production Operators

to join our precision engineering team. The successful candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality component parts in line with customer specifications and company standards. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring compliance with AS9100 quality requirements, and contributing to Moyola's culture of continuous improvement. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to begin or develop a career in advanced manufacturing.

Duties



Produce

top-quality component parts

efficiently and accurately to meet specification and customer standards. Carry out

maintenance and repair work

on machinery, fixtures, plant, and equipment as required. Work collaboratively with your line manager to deliver

zero-defect products

to customers. Uphold and demonstrate the company's

standards, values, and professional conduct

. Develop and maintain

technical competencies

to operate any facility or equipment required for component production. Ensure all tasks are completed in full compliance with

ISO and AS9100

quality requirements. Participate actively in

ongoing training and development

, both on and off site. Engage in

continuous improvement initiatives

, including

Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)

and

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

activities. Work effectively and creatively with others to meet

customer and company goals

. Maintain machinery and equipment to the company's required standards. Be flexible and willing to

work rotational shifts, overtime, and additional hours

when necessary. Comply with all company

policies, practices, and Health & Safety regulations

. Travel to customer premises as required to support operational needs. Embrace opportunities for personal and professional

within the company.

40% bonus
