Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations Ensure all ingredients are stored correctly and stock levels are monitored Support the team during busy periods, providing excellent service and efficient food handling Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold high standards of hygiene throughout all kitchen activities Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is desirable Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and serving practices will be beneficial A proactive attitude with good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
