We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a
weekend Cook
to join the
Catering Team
at
Burford School's Boarding Department.
As a valued member of our catering team, you will play an important role in the
preparation and production of meals
for our boarding students.
We are looking for someone who:
Has
chef or catering experience
, ideally within a large-scale or institutional catering environment.
Is a
reliable and enthusiastic team player
with a positive attitude and a commitment to high standards of food preparation and hygiene.
Holds, or is working towards,
relevant catering qualifications or training.
Experience in
large-scale catering
would be an advantage, though not essential.

The Weekend catering team consists of a Cook (this vacancy) and a Kitchen Assistant who will be responsible for the catering requirements for the Boarding department of students and staff - maximum 100, however this fluctuates according to student weekend leave and activities.
