What you\'ll do:

Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team

Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Breakfast dishes

Till management, cashing up, cleaning and closing down after each shift

Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations

Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking including * Experience in Catering, running a breakfast service
