ASA are currently recruiting for a Cook to join our team and support our clients ad hoc Cook requirements in Aberdeen. You would support our client across their various menus that include sheltered housing, residential care homes and rehabilitation centres and instantly be part of a team that are dedicated to making a difference. The work involves minimal evening work and no split shifts \xe2\x80\x93 typical shifts times are 0800-1400 or 0700-1700.

Responsibilities;
\xc2\xb7 Menu planning to ensure meals are healthy, nutritious and varied
\xc2\xb7 Making amendments to account for dietary requirements
\xc2\xb7 Ordering and maintaining suitable levels of stock
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to
\xc2\xb7 Supervising of other members of the kitchen team

Applicants must have catering experience and strong knowledge of running a kitchen, specific experience in Healthcare setting would be advantageous. You must have your own Food Hygiene and Allergens Certificates as well as willingness to obtain or update a PVG certificate prior to employment.

ASA can offer you weekly pay with pay rates of \xc2\xa312.27 for weekdays and \xc2\xa317.18 for weekend shifts.
