hours (8am-4.30pm with 30-minute lunch break, for Saturday and Sunday ONLY),

The Dining Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


Under the direction of the Catering Team to assist with meals for the residents. Assisting in preparation and serving of all meals, in a timely manner. Liaising with care staff, residents, and visitors in a polite and person-centred way. Together with the Catering Team, to ensure a high standard of food preparation is maintained and to implement the requirements as set out by the Food Safety Act 1990. Ensuring a refreshments trolley is prepared and offered to residents and guests throughout the day. Maintaining the hydration station & ensuring it is well stocked. Preparing the tea trolley and supporting residents during the tea rounds.
