Weekend Evening Promotion/ Advertising Bar Role

Job Description
As a Promotion Staff member at The Empourium Stafford, you will play a vital role in promoting our dynamic games bar venue located in the town centre of Stafford. Your primary responsibility will working on a Friday and Saturday evening in the market square, to engage with the public who are out and about in the town centre, create excitement, and drive attendance and fotfall to our fun and exciting games bar.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Actively promote The Empourium and its events to the target audience in high foot-traffic areas within the town centre. Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and posters, and engage in direct conversations to generate interest and excitement about upcoming events. Utilize your knowledge of the entertainment/ games industry to inform potential customers about the variety of games and experiences offered. Answer questions and provide information about event details, entry requirements, and any special offers or promotions. Foster positive relationships with potential attendees, addressing their inquiries and encouraging them to attend events at The Empourium. Hold regular conversations with the team and bar manager to stay updated on upcoming events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Passion for games- interactive darts, shuffleboard, table tennis, pool, crazy golf and more. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable engaging with strangers and initiating conversations. Familiarity with Stafford Town Centre and its local attractions is a plus. You will be required to work approximately 7-11pm Friday and / or Saturday

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
