Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Front of House Assistant to join our busy coffee shop/restaurant team.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
Taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Serving food and beverages with efficiency and care.
Managing cash and processing payments.
Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area.
Assisting with general daily operations and supporting the team.
Requirements:
Availability to work weekends (essential).
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility and willingness to take on various tasks.
