A fantastic B&I location in Rugby for a leading soft drink company. Catering for 300 at this location. We have a breakfast and lunch offering here with some hospitality. This is a 7 days a week, 24 hour operation. So working pattern will be 5 days over 7. Additional benefit of this location is free parking.

Weekend Kitchen Porter

to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in

Rugby.

You'll be playing a big part in keeping the kitchen hygienic, safe, and up to our very high standards of cleanliness.

Key skills:

Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage Excellent customer service skills Great team player Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems. Operate industrial dishwasher

We are looking for:

Kitchen Porter experience is preferred, but not essential. Can do attitude. Organisation Skills.

Knowledge / competencies:

Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills. Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
