Job Description
Duties
Weekend work
- Manage and facilitate immersive gaming experiences for guests
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the game
- Set up and reset game rooms with props, puzzles, and clues
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of games
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
