We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals with

experience working with children

that can allow our Rugbytots to have fun and grow in confidence during their time with us. We need the candidate to be outgoing and great with children.

Rugbytots offer fun, structured play sessions for children aged from 2 to 7 years old. Our coaches deliver sessions with energy, enthusiasm and excitement, to create an atmosphere that is unique and engaging for children and parents alike. We do this by delivering our specifically designed programme for each age group in a fun, dramatic and entertaining way, taking the children on a journey of sporting imagination whilst teaching them how to catch, pass, kick and run with the ball and play as part of a team.

Working hours: Sunday 8.45am to 1.00pm
Location: Dulwich, London

Key attributes:

Experience of working with young children in a professional environment Must live within a 5 mile radius of Dulwich An ability to engage with children with energy, enthusiasm and excitement An outgoing, bubbly personality Excellent organisational, verbal communication and listening skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability to work in the UK

Main responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and engage with the children in your classes Work though the Rugbytots programme of games and tasks to teach the basic core skills used in rugby in a fun and structured environment Demonstrate games and skills with enthusiasm and energy, and provide positive feedback to the children Plan the sessions, ensure classes start and finish on time, and engage with parents

Competitive rates of pay (between 12.00 and 15.00 per hour depending on experience and role) Full training (including Paediatric First Aid) Uniform, coaching manuals and equipment Being part of an amazing team of coaches
Please also note that a DBS check will need to be completed for successful applicants.
