We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Weekend Receptionist to join our teams at The Door W4 and The Hogarth Medispa. This is a shared role, offering a unique chance to work across two vibrant and professional environments within the same community.

This role will allow you the unique opportunity to work across both our Medispa, within The Hogarth Health Club, and The Door W4 (on the same site, but within it's own beautiful setting). The Hogarth Health Club is a long-established family-owned Club, set in two acres of beautiful, secluded grounds right in the heart of Chiswick, is at the centre of a thriving community, where every team member feels they are an essential part of our story.

The Door W4 is a truly unique health, wellness and aesthetics space. A building that is rooted in nature, specifically designed to help guests achieve their physical goals and aspirations in total comfort. Each room boasts large windows and skylights, with greenery and nature at every turn.

About the job

You will provide exceptional front-of-house support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all clients to the Medispa and The Door W4. Duties will include greeting clients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting the smooth daily operations of both reception areas.

This is a weekend role, working every Saturday 9am - 5pm, plus approximately 2-3 Sundays per month, also 9am - 5pm.

To succeed in this role you will have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills; A friendly, professional and well-presented manner; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure; Previous reception or hospitality experience is a distinct advantage.
